Ms. Tay Sia Yuen is a renowned vocalist and musicinstructor, currently active as a solo artist and a member of the music trio LimTayPeng.Since the release of her debut EP, Set Forth (出发), in January 2018, she hasproduced a series of solo singles and collaborative works. A versatileperformer, she spans genres including Pop, R&B, Jazz, Soul, MusicalTheatre, and Classical Opera, performing in multiple languages such asMandarin, English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, and Hokkien.
Ms. Tay gained international recognition throughhigh-profile competitions. In 2014, she was a top 6 finalist in the Singaporeauditions for The Voice of China (Season 3). In December 2016, sheappeared as the only foreign contestant on Zhejiang TV’s Sound of My Dream (梦想的声音), where she notablychallenged JJ Lin.
